Fees

• A $600 fee for the dossier preparation service is due up front for all countries except Russia and is non-refundable. For families adopting from Russia the fee for the first dossier (before referral) is $600. The fee for the second dossier (after you have traveled and accepted your referral) is $400.
• All additional expenses, including but not limited to fees for documents by various governments or other organizations, shipping costs (USPS/FedEx etc.) and/or courier fees. These will be charged to you at the exact cost as charged to Adoption Paper Chaser and will be given to you in the form of a detailed invoice upon completion of your dossier.
• One copy of the completed dossier will be included in the initial dossier preparation fee. Additional copies will be provided at 10 cents per page for copying expenses.
